Review content:
The management staff has changes frequently. The apartment is pretty much what you see is what you get. Major problems they fix. If you call the after hours number they fix it right away. The walls are thin and anyone outside your door can hear every whisper. The neighbors are friendly. Half military residents. Very close to post and can get from door to formation in about 8 minutes. For the person who doesn't like paying bills this place has all in one. \r
Pros: Close to Fort Bliss and Utilities paid
Cons: Poor maintenance. Thin walls
