Review content:
We have been getting our vehicles repaired at Bill & Jim's for years. This business was more recently (a few years ago) purchased and has been run by a new owner, Radu, who retained the original Mechanics when he took over, and has continued to offer good, reliable repairs for competitive prices.\r
Radu has a lot of training, and is very knowledgeable. He explains things clearly to the lay person who is not a mechanic, including to women, and doesn't make you feel stupid.\r
He shows you what the problem is when possible and shows you the used parts he pulls out. I feel he is honest and treats me right.\r
He'll even check out cars you are considering for purchase, and for a very reasonable fee!\r
If you are looking to purchase a used car, take it to Bill & Jim's! He saved me thousands in headaches by finding very serious problems with several cars I was looking at before purchasing.
Pros: Radu does what he says and within the time he promises. He is honest and knowledgeable.
Cons: No Loaner Cars, No Waiting Room.
