I recently visited San Francisco badly in need of a haircut. I did some internet research and had already included Level 4 Salon on my ""short list"" of salons to check out once I got to the city, initially because of it's location. I visited Level 4 and felt immediately comfortable enough to scrap visits to the other 2 salons on my list. I made an appointment with Leticia (I hope I'm getting that right!) for the next day. I could not be any more pleased with the cut and style that she gave me. I had been growing my hair out for more than a year, even though I'd never had long hair before. Needless to say, it was a mess when I walked in. Leticia listened to what I thought I was looking for, discussed her recommendations with me, and gave me the MOST FABULOUS cut and style I've had in ?? years! In addition, she took the time to make sure I understood what to do with my hair once I got home, and my hair has looked great ever since! She was easy to talk to, very professional in everything she did, and even made a great restaurant recommendation! I even had a fantastic evening with my new hairstyle at the recommended restaurant. Without hesitation, I can honestly offer my highest recommendation to anyone looking for a salon in San Francisco. You couldn't do any better than Leticia!
