Review content:
My husband and I never complain at a restaurant. We view it as an evening out....It was our first and last time ever dining at Bertucci's in Highwood. Our waitress was rude. The hostess/manager/owner? was rude and unhelpful. Our service was terrible. We were there for 45 minutes before we got served our salads, not to mention, two couples sat down after us, ordered and got served their salads before we even ordered! I would not waist my time there. There are many other Italian restaurants in the area that are much more worth it!
