Review content:
We had a few AC contractors come out to look at our historic home to see how they could retrofit our house with a new HVAC system. Right from the start, River City was extremely professional and courteous--as well as enthusiastic.
Our job presented some challenges being an older home, and some of the other companies who came out to bid didn't want to do the job--and said as much! Not River City. They seemed genuinely excited about designing and installing a system that would work well and fit in with the aesthetics of our home.
Then their installation crew arrived, and those guys were awesome! Their attention to detail was superb. They cleaned up after themselves, and left no messes behind. They were hard workers, as well as being polite and kind.
The cherry on top was the final walk through with the installation manager. He made sure that everything was perfect and one to his--and our--satisfaction.
We were really pleased on every level with River City: sales, installation, and the end product. They also have a 24 hour hotline in case anything ever does go wrong. We highly recommend them!
