Their archaic electronic diagnostic tool didn't recognize my vehicle, so they tried to diagnose the ""check engine"" light by guessing. They kept me waiting around for an hour while they consulted, darting between the office and the car. They finally told me what they thought it was and said they couldn't do it; I'd have to go to the dealer. They still charged me for this ""service"". I took it to the dealer, who accurately diagnosed the problem, which was not even close to what Matrix came up with.
