Review content:
I don't write reviews often, but was so offended after a brief visit here that I wanted to mention it. I gave myself a couple weeks to cool off before writing this and I'm still offended! I know I didn't look like a ""high roller"" that day since I had my children with me, but I was wanting to set up a corporate account. The woman I spoke with talked to me like I was stupid and she seemed to assume that I was poor. Apparently they don't like people they think are poor. I wanted to ask a few questions, and was told I needed to talk to the owner, but he wouldn't come out to speak to me despite being just a few feet away. The lady just stood there looking at me like I was a nuisance she couldn't wait to push out the door. The people skills here are seriously lacking. She made me feel uncomfortable, small, and unimportant within minutes of entering the building. I gave my business to another florist, who will now get my recurring referrals and orders (they lost a lot of business from me for being so rude), and I will tell anyone who will listen to stay away from Dalton's.
