Review content:
Banh Canh Cua (crab noodle soup with udon-style noodles) is a dish that's very hard to find in San Francisco. That's why I was delighted to find out that My Canh serves this seasonal dish. It comes as a huge, steaming bowl of udon-style noodles (but softer) with large chunks of crab in a thick broth. Add a bit of lime juice and hot sauce, and you've got yourself a delicious meal! Beware however, this soup is made true to Vietnamese style, with chunks of pork with skin and coagulated pig blo0d, which may scare anyone who's not used to genuine Vietnamese dishes. I would simply ask the server not to add pork into the soup!\r

The imperial rolls (egg rolls) are overly stuffed with meat, and not very tasty - probably the worst I've tried in the city. The beef vermicelli is decent. The vermicelli is not as fresh as other places, and the fish sauce is alright. I would come back simply for the crab noodle soup!
Pros: Banh banh cua!
Cons: Parking, ambience
