Leasing office staff can't be bothered to brush their hair let alone actually assist residents.
When I've gone to the office to get packages or inquire about a maintenance request, staff is usually chit chatting with one another lounging on the chairs with their feet on the desk - not very ladylike or professional for that matter. In fact there is one African American lady who does not brush her hair.
They don't follow up on their promises to call back and are constantly chatting with one another while paying residents are waiting for assistance.
Work requests are not completed in a timely manner. I've been waiting for over a week for a simple repair request.
The security gates rarely work and this is obvious by the riff raff hanging out on the stairwells of the apartment buildings, in the gym, or in the parking lots on weekends.
I've been a resident for 8 months and will not renew once my lease is up.
