Star ""JOEY"" he's the star and the restaurant is terrific. My colleage and I are from New York and have traveled on business to New Orleans for the past 12 years. We happened upon Star about 8 years ago and have been eatting there ever since. We take all our clients to Star and Joey makes everyone feel as if they are the ""Star of the evening"". We stay at the Marriott on Canal this past trip we stayed 3 nights and ate at Star (3 nights). We could eat anywhere. We cancelled out of Commanders, just to be with Joey. Yes, they're stuffed muchrooms are wonderful, steak perfectly cooked, lobster tails unbelievable, soft shell crab to die for ( by the way listen to Penny if your lucky to get her as a waitress her suggestions are right on. Oh yes, let's not forget the Bread Pudding, to die for. Well I think that 's 3 nights worth of eatting. As I said it's the best, it's relaxing and what more can we say about JOEY. You can't miss him, he's always outside greeting everyone as they walk by. The best customer service in New Orleans. Thank you for making our evenings restful and enjoyable. mb/gz Pros: Thumbs up to customer service, Joey is tops, and Penny very good waitress Cons: non
