This is absolutely the most horrid excuse for an auto shop I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. If I could give negative stars for something it would be for this epic failure of a business. I have lived in this neighborhood and had a pep boys credit card for 10 years+. Other than the occasional car wash stuff, I never use my card here. I would seriously pay them not to touch any of my cars. You will never, ever, ever get to just walk in and get an oil change here. Every single time morning, night, weekday, weekend they will tell you you have to leave it with them because it will be 1.5-2 hours minimum. The only people who get their vehicles worked on here are suckers! seriously, you have been warned. if you are thinking about getting work done here you will be sorry.
