Ahhh I love this place!! Most amazing PHO I have ever had. So much food for only $9.00?! I've had the brisket and chicken breast pho and they are both massive portions and full of flavor. All this talk is getting me hungry. I think I am going to need to go here again tonight. The owner is a super cool dude who is always happy to help you make a decision. They also have special spring rolls everyday. Run don't walk to Nha Toi and you will thank me! Buhahahahahaha
