Businiess name:  Collision Auto Repair

Review content:
I took my car here after a minor collision and they repainted and flattened the sheet metal, reattached the bumpers, and gave the car back to me. They did NOT repair ANY real damage, other than cosmetic. Progressive Insurance said that there were safety concerns, according to the body shop. Holes were drilled in the frame so the bumper could be placed correctly. Somehow, my radiator ruptured in the months proceeding this, resulting in it flooding my transmission. It cost about $8,000 out of pocket to fix this. My car was out of service for about six months, as they had to repair the damage done in the collision that Collision Auto Repair failed to repair. They charged Progressive for almost $5000 in parts and labor, the majority of which was not performed. There were parts that they claimed to replace that the new body shop said were still damaged underneath the sheet metal. Progressive lost the lawsuit because Elaine Duplechain, who claimed to be the owner, was actually one of three owners. The other two owners, which were companies, could not be tracked down. I would assume this is because they are not real. This made it impossible to sue because there were two entities unaccounted for. This is obviously a scam. Co-owner, Elaine Duplechain, who appears to manage the place as well, is a horrible, evil woman who does not care if her company's spotty repair work costs the lives of you and your family. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! In an accident, their disrepair may cost you your life. It could have cost me mine. Cons: No Inner-Repairs = Possibility of Death in Collision
