Review content:
I finally got to eat at Marie's. It's not to near me and I don't like to travel. I'm glad I did because it was great. Marie made everyone feel just like at someones home. The food was really Italian home style and lots of it. There were four of us and we shared dishes just like home we got plates and piled it on. I had the best lasagna I ever had and maybe the best eggplant appetizer as well. We loved the fish on garlicey spinach. The real surprize was the wine deal the whole list about 50 was available by the glass at the same price as the bottle, let me try to explain that. In other words four of us had a glass of wine that cost the same as a whole bottle, but we all had something differnt. Which means you buy a bottle of wine alright but it has four differnt wines in it. I saw the early bird menu and we plan to return with friends for that. The wall was covered with awards and I for one know why. One of the awards was for the Tiramusi I had it and it was the best.
Pros: Lots of good food at resonable prices
Cons: Parking can be tight at dinner time
