I have been to this food place 3 times. Everytime I told myself i wouldn't go again. EVERY experience with this fast food joint was horrible. Everytime they told me they were short staffed, someone called in sick, they were training someone new... etc. . But evertime I went there were only 2 employees working. The first experience with them i waited 30 mins or more for a philly steak sanwich and a shake. Waited 20 mins for the special of the day. Waited at LEAST 10 mins before anyone came to take my order. Doesn't work when we only have 1 hour for lunch! I WILL NEVER go there again! Poor service and just OK food!
Pros: Dining room looks nice
Cons: Horrible service and LONG waiting times for something simple
