If you decide to come here have low expectations! First of all, when I booked, I asked for a customized facial…By the time I was done, I came to find out they booked me for a mini facial which is only 30 minutes long. That is not at all what I wanted. The room they stuck me in had no door. While I was waiting, I could hear and see another client that was getting a facial….very awkward. \r

The person who worked on me was extremely abrupt and not informative at all…there was a few times she mistakenly pulled a few hairs from my head and she didn’t even apologize. She told me my skin needed help, but she did not say how! All she said was that I should SPF 45. No recommendations, no tips, no suggestions on their products…truly a lost opportunity. I felt uncomfortable and rushed out the door. There are very cold people working here! \r

As for my skin, I broke out soon after coming here. After some recommendations, I bought some La Mer cream and found a new place to get some facials. \r
