I was having a lot of trouble trying to get someone to fix my old ice machine. I called a few different companies but no one seemed to be able to get it fixed right! One company I tried had to come back three times. Finally, I called Ice Machine Sales & Service and they were able to get my machine to work and they did it on the first visit. They were honest and told me that my machine was really old, and that I should think about replacing it in the near future. I was happy that instead of trying to nickel and dime me with one repair after the other, they told me right off what to expect. Their repair guy was really nice and explained everything to me so I could understand what was wrong with my machine. The machine is working great now, and when it finally breaks for good I will definitely buy a new machine from Ice Machine Sales & Service. I would totally recommend them to anybody; they are quick, reliable and honest!
