Review content:
Horrible service, more than 2 times had me waiting for a package and it came back next business day.
When they switch drivers is really horrible because the drivers are different, some are responsible and others not.
My opinion is that UPS can do the best but not always, Fedex still number 1 if you put them 1 to 1, face to face.
I am not satisfied with UPS service at all.
UPS needs responsible drivers for sure.
