Carl came out and fixed my chimney which was having some issues with the white powder you see on them.. It caused by water getting in the brick and when it dries the powder shows up.. They went over the whole process and showed me the products they use.
I was very satisfied with the service of this company. I had used them for carpet cleaning and he noticed the white powder in my living room above the mantel..Carl starting explaining how it happened and I remember when booking the appt they answered the phone with chimney keepers and absolute best carpet care.
I see one of the above reviews was very negative so I am thinking they did not actually use his services as I can tell you for a fact they are great to work with..
My friend was looking for someone to clean their chimney and i recommended carl at chimney keepers..
Pros: Very helpful with chimney problem. Had water issues.
