\r You read that right. The room was booked months in advance, but suddenly, when we got there at 1:30 in the morning we were told my honeymoon room and package had been mistakenly given away....to prom kids none the less!\r \r They offered to find us a room at the nearby la quinta or holiday inn!! On my wedding night? NO way! After standing in the lobby crying for 25 minutes they said they found a do not reserve room, where the only problem was the phone didn't work. We would make do, who wants a phone on their wedding night? Theshower didn't drain at all! Nothing like standing in cold shower water the next morning! \r \r I don't feel like a free defective room really made up for screwing up the most memorable night of your life! My mother in law had talked to management there who said they would send a room voucher. Months went by, my life was busy, when I called the manager she had spoken too he said ""well I never heard from you so I didn't think to send anything"". Apparently I was supposed to call and remind them that they need to make up for world's worst customer service?\r \r He agreeded to send a voucher . Three weeks later it hadn't arrived. I called and he said that it must have been lost in the mail. Weeks later it hadn't came so I called again, this time it had been returned to them because my address (of 25 years!) was incorrect! No, because something can't be returned that was never sent. Finally it comes,1 basic standard room good, no honeymoon package, blackout dates apply.\r \r Maybe I would have been willing to see it as a mistake they tried to fix if the management seemed a little apologetic and sincere instead of like I was bothering them. Or maybe if they had made up for the mistake on their own, not me having to call and remind them.\r \r The saddest part is while I was in the lobby on my wedding night crying, the receptionist said ""unfortunately this happens alot here"". Don't make the same mistake I did and trust a special night to them!\r \r Pros: close by Cons: view of the mall, worst customer service, underage prom kids drinking in the bar
