1. . . . This is a prepay shop, the sign posted says because of the number of items not picked up. I now think it is because once you saw the work you might not pay.
2. I arrived during the posted business hours (10-6) to find a note on the door stating they would not open until 3, even though I was advised I could pick up that morning. When I finally picked up the guy abruptly and unapologetically stated he was on vacation.
3. My shoes were not shinned as stated. The taps on my heels were smaller than the heel, and you could clearly see between the newly repaired tap and the heels.
4. The customer service is horrible. They were not open when I needed to pick up my shoes and then had a nasty attitude about that as well as my voicing displeasure with the workmanship. The lady at this establishment in rude and loud!
