Review content:
The spa was supposed to be new. When it arrived we noticed water was leaking and there were scratches. We were told it was a floor model. The delivery was also several days late. The access panel was replaced with one that did not match the stain on the rest of the spa. Nobody would return my calls. I spoke with the owner (after about 15 messages left, I finally caught him) and he was not intersted. After months of aggravation , I gave up!
Cons: Horrible service, unprofessional, rude.
