on my lunch break from school, stopped in for a quick lunch, been to this place several times, was just there last night but the kitchen was closed. The friendly, help full staff I met last night obviously weren't there, a waitress named Christine was. If there is 2, she is the one with blond hair. I WILL NOT be going back to this place, was humiliated by someone who basically refused to serve me. I was not even said hello to, asked what I wanted to order, or much less a drink. After the waitress set my water down, she never came back to my table, instead she waited on two other people & proceeded to clean up tables. I went to the bar & ordered from a very nice bartender named Hanna who took my food order, then after another 5min of being ignored by my waitress, my drink order. I was so disgusted after I tried to get my waitress's attention, she told me rudely that my server was the one who took my food order and screamed for Hannah, I immediately asked for a to-go box and left, drink unfinished. Hannah apologized & asked if I wanted to see a mgr, but all I wanted to do was leave; didn't want them thinking I was going to go all out and complain like that for a free meal. I also left Hanna with a nice tip & note on my receipt for Christine's boss. It kinda made me feel like it was an ethnic thing, maybe the girl was having a bad day or something. All in all, the food was and is always pretty good & I will miss their awesome strawberry long island.
