Review content:
I rented a twin bed for my daughter from this facility. I was late on my payments and got a phone call from them. It said I needed to call that day or they had to come and get the bed. So I was on my way home with my DAUGHTER and saw them out front waiting on us. I quickly turned to avoid them. The only reason I did this was to avoid having my daughter see her bed taken away. So I called the store to tell them a neighbor called and I wouldnt be home untill 6:30. The extremely rude woman working there said they would wait untill then. It was 3:30 in the afternoon. My 70 year old aunt was out shopping and had to sit at a neighbors house untill they left. I tried to explain that she was scared because the last time the men came they were bullies as well. I called to ask the woman three times to have them leave and that I would come in that afternoon, but she couldnt care less. So I called the police. The officer said it was in our contact that this company is allowed to do this. He also said he had several accounts with them before and they are complete bullies. So I gave up dropped my daughter off with my aunt and went home. I told them not to come in my house I would bring the bed out. I also recorded the entire thing since the woman on the phone said if there was any damage she would take me to court. When I was bringing the last bit of bfrom the bed out I saw a paper in the mail box. I handed it back to the man. He in turn tried to throw it at me and said I was gonna keep that #$%@. The other gentleman with him actually kept his mouth shut the whole entire time and even took the paper. I have rented from other places and they are much easier to rent from. Like the officer said he has seen this company do this many times, please dont use them.
