I have been waiting for my pet deposit since August, 2007 and have yet to receive it. I was able to get contact information and was able to locate Trimark Realty and called to try and find out when I might be getting my pet deposit back. The person that answered the phone said, ""KMart"", after I explained that I was trying to reach Trimark he said it was a joke and he normally does not answer the phone. Good thing!!! I was told the person with information about Falcon Ridge Apartments was away from the desk and I was given the option of being put on hold or calling back later. I was put on hold for a longe itme. When the ""gentlmen"" picked up explained that Mrs. X was not available I tried to explain that I really needed to talk with someone that had information. At this point he became very rude and started accusing me of being rude and that he did not need to be talked to in such a way (I thought I was being rather calm). The man became so abusive that I had to hang up before I lost my temper. \r
