Purchased a mini cooper in January with a limited warranty which was great because we worked out a nice price, (once they chased after us).
After the purchase, we realized the speakers were shot, so we called and had the repairs done with their service department. At the time, we paid the full price and they told us another department would cut us a check/refund. That was weird enough, but they have completed IGNORED our attempts to get our money back. Not only the salesman, Garland -but also his manager. We actually have been really cool about this, but now after Garland said that he would call us, ""right back, today"" and never called, (that was last week) and $2200 more dollars that we just put into this car, I have just had it.
This is just BAD BUSINESS!
