Two days I pick up a friend from work and was in need of gas so after picking him up I pull into this gas station, whip out my debt card and slide it at the pump to save time for I had dinner at home simmering. So I begin to pump my purchase of gas and stop at $10.02. The machine prompts the question do you want a receipt, so I press yes, then I go to close up my tack and I see that the machine is asking me for some other answer so I pressed yes....beware, the machine didn't print out the receipt after the first yes it asked, while my back was turned if I wanted a $7.00 car wash....anyway so I get charged $17.02 on my debit card, now I have to go into the store and get $7.00 credit back on my card. I quietly wait... thinking about my simmering dinner at home, and finally I get attended by the clerk. I tell that I didn't want a car wash charged on my card and I want it credited back on my debit card, well she is acting all mad at me for having her do this and she rings up another car wash onto my card, she looked puzzled and then she said that she fixed the overcharges and instead of $14.00 back she returned to my account $15.06 and said ""that's ok"".
Oh well I go on an save my dinner and all is well..........WRONG.
I go and check my account the next day and see that I have no paid $27.02 for $10.02 worth of gas. so I call the gas station and the clerk told me that it could not be fixed because
the Manager is not in, and this is 3 days later. To top it off I had to purchase a order for some parts for my business on my card and I was short by $2.00. So my time, money, and business has no value to this SHELL GAS STATION AS A CUSTOMER.:(
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION IT IS OVER PRICED AND THE GAS MAKES YOUR ENGINE KNOCK AND KNOCKS THE MONEY OUT OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.
I SHOULD OF GONE TO WAL-MART DOWN THE ROAD.
Pros: 1st and last time I go to this Business. Beware!!!!
Cons: Take my money and waste my time!
