If you are looking for customer service then this is not the place for you. The employees are better suited for McD's and never at any time asked the several girls in there shopping for prom dresses if they needed help. They were very unprofessional and I couldn't wait to get out of there. The dresses were in terrible shape and since we needed to buy off the rack this really limited what we could purchase. They don't offer alterations which is sometimes a must on a prom dress and yes, my daughter wears a size 6 dress. I will not be shopping at this store nor will I recommend it to anyone else. I feel like my money is better spent elsewhere. The only reason they are still in business is because they are pretty much the only store in Rome that sells prom dresses.
