vow NEVER to shop at Sally Beauty Supply again. I purchased 2 hair products to get one free item. I got home and I was charged for the ""free"" item. Drove 1/2 hour back to get my money back and called to let them know I was coming right at closing. I get there granted right at closing and the sales girl was shaking her head and refusing to open the door, Because she refuses to open the door, we proceed to yell through the door at each other I only became more irate. The same girl who charged me for my ""free"" item admitted to the mistake but refused to do anything about it. This girl had a judgement call to make, instead of righting HER wrong and helping the customer even though it was at closing. They now no longer will get ANY of my business. I would advise you to NEVER shop there!
