I received a very nice lanyard last year and when it broke at school, I knew I was in for an expense in fixing it and a certain amount of time when I would be without the jewelry. On a whim, I went to Bjorkheim's and Leif generously fixed it, right then and there, for no cost. Additionally, I had a bracelet with me and after looking at it, Leif gently told me it wasn't worth the money it would take it fix it. Leif's generous attitude was greatly appreciated and I am certain to return to his store.
