Review content:
We were generally pleased with them (well, I was; my husband had a different opinion) until we were unable to find time to get our daughter in for her checkup. We were struggling with time, a tight budget, and a death in the family, so the dental appointment just didn't float to the top of the list for awhile. We received the nastiest letter from them saying our daughter was not welcome to be their patient anymore and ""good luck"" finding another dentist. It was so incredibly nasty I felt like I had been punched in the stomach. There are so many other good dentists in the area, I should probably be grateful they gave us the kick we needed to move on.
