Review content:
Buddy's is a fairly small restaurant/bar that has very attractive waitresses and they have several professional male bartenders.\r \r Some of the women waitresses are moody and irritable. Several years ago, I was standing next to a waitress that said these exact words about a customer "" I overcharged him. Oh, yes, I did."" She further went on to high five another customer who shook their head in tacit approval.\r \r That, my friends, is an example of either petit larceny or grand larceny. If it is under $5 it is petit larceny and if it is $5 or more it is grand larceny according to title 18.2 of the Code of Virginia. \r \r Be careful when getting your tab from this business. Know exactly how much you have had to drink. It is too easy to add a drink or drinks to someone's tab that has had a lot to drink. Look to see if waitresses/bartenders are having discussions when you ask for your tab. Do not go to the bathroom when you ask for your tab. Pay attention to what goes on behind the bar and if a waitress appears mad at you.\r \r The men working here are professional and some of the women are as well. But be careful with your tab especially if it is done by a waitress.\r \r The food is okay at best but the quality is inconsistent as the kitchen appears to be in disarray. \r \r The music during the daytime during the week is fairly good. The weekend nights tends to be boring and appeals t too much to the very young and not to the over 30 crowd that the business tends to attract to a certain degree on weekend nights. During weekend days the music is okay.\r \r Bar management is slow to respond to customer concerns and rarely addresses customer concerns adequately as performance concerns often resurface shortly after being addressed with management.
