their birds are very well socialized and friendly. You can go in on any given day and find that they have some cute birds out on a tree in the middle of the store. They ask that you use their hand sanitizer before handling them, but this gives you the opportunity to see how you like the animal before you bring it home. They are a little pricey on the toy selection, and the selection is somewhat limited due to the space of the store, but the level of animal love and care is evident.
Pros: customer service, animals well socialized and attended, very clean store, bird prices good
