Review content:
I brought a purse in to get cleaned and since it was a leather product they had to send it out to a special leather cleaners. I was told that if the stains did not come out i would NOT be charged. I did however have to sign a release that said it could be discolored or that yes, the stains would maybe not come out. But i wouldnt have to pay if they didnt come out. I was told it would be pick up in two days and sent out. 2 weeks later i called and they told me the guy didnt see my purse hanging up so it would be another week. So i was a little upset about that.\r
when i came to get my purse the stains were there and the owner made me pay $43.00 for a runied purse. He told me that i was lying about saying i wouldnt have to pay. Not only did they forget to send my purse, they made me pay way to much for a distroyed purse. I will never go here again. I think he should have at least givin me a discount. \r
