Review content:
I have been a patient/customer for 10 years and have NEVER had any problems with them. I have NEVER had any financial issues either until now. At times I dont even have food in my home (I do make sure my cat eats and has her medicine) I also work at a job that does not offer health insurance. Anyways, I tried to explain that I needed to 'postpone' a lab test for a while until I could afford to pay for it and Dr Billeter said that I didnt care about my cat --he compared MY financial problems to his saying ""well I am putting 2 kids thru college"" THAT IS NOT the same as me not having any food or health insurance. Seems that Hanover Animal Hospital is ONLY concerned with money --and a 10 year patient has been burned.
