I called Nails Tran to get a price on a complete spa-treatment for my wife's birthday, manicure, pedicure, facial,etc, and, to get her eyebrows tattooed-on permanent, (never heard of that before), Instead of setting an appointment, I endured 5 minutes of frustration trying to figure out what the hell the lady was saying. From her speaking too softly, to her not understanding what I was asking, to finally, HER hanging-up on ME when she couldnt get her act together, led me to purchase from their competitor...who spoke very clear english...and was not rude...and didnt hang-up on me. Maybe if Nails Tran paid somebody minimum wage to just answer the phone, their potential, (repeat?), customers wouldnt go somewhere else, like me. fyi. Pros: Unknown. (didnt get a chance) Cons: Couldnt communicate at all.
