During process of clog selection, solicited advice on how a pair of clogs should fit. was told by clerk, she didn't have any idea. (turned out this was store mgr who stood across the room as I tried on clogs) Same evening, realized purchase was just too small. Immediately called the store and was told the next size unavailable.. special order could take weeks. I mentioned that clogs were needed right away and my intention to return clogs following day. Was shocked to hear that my brand new full priced (over 100.00) clogs were not refundable and no exchange available without a long wait. Apparently there was a no cash refund sign but it was blocked by numerous stacks of incoming shoe boxes that had not been carried to the stock room. Non-consultative, non-flexible, visably non-caring pricing store! Totally non-cust friendly!
Cons: expensive, no return policy, indifferent staff
