Review content:
The Ann Arbor location offered us 2 free complimentary hours because we had two visits that were less than satisfactory (loud whistling sounds and water was cold). These hours were supposed to be anytime with no expiration. We called tonight to try and have some relaxation time and they refused to honor their certificate. The manager even refused to give us her name and hung up the phone on us. I won't spend my money here anymore!
