Review content:
I am probably one of waxings greatest advocates. As an incredibly clumsy person, I tend to cut myself rather severely when I shave my legs and so long ago I decided that any alternative would be better than hurting myself. \r The first time I tried waxing was not actually on my legs. I actually went to a salon to have my eyebrows shaped. I had rung them earlier in the day to ask them if they did eyebrow shaping and they had said yes. I booked a appointment. I must stress that throughout all of this I was under the belief that they still plucked peoples eyebrows. On arrival I was asked to lie on a bed and close my eyes. The next thing I knew there was sticky hot stuff being put on my eyebrows. This was the first indication that my eyebrows were to be waxed - I nearly screamed the place down. In the end though it was actually a very quick and effective way of doing things and was inly painful for a few seconds, the best bit was when the soothing moisturiser was applied - something to look forward to. \r Shortly after this I decided to be adventurous and risk having my legs done too. \r In addition to having my legs and eyebrows waxed I now also have my armpits and bikini line done too. I have found a salon that does a waxing package that allows you to have all this done for a reasonable price. \r I think that waxing is a quick and convenient way of getting rid of unwanted body hair and that the small amount of pain is outweighed by the benefits. There is also something about going to a salon that makes you feel pampered and special. I see it as a bit of a luxury. \r \r Go on throw out that razor!
