Review content:
I use to work for this company and I can certainly say that it has it good and bad sides. The food is good but not the best that I ever had and yes it is a high priced place to eat a salad and sandwich. The cookies are high. The employees are good but they are under paid because their pay was cut 15%. I don't usually bash a company that I have worked for because the companies that I have worked for are really companies not pretenders. Now the other day I was in Franklin visiting my parents and we went to the Cool Springs location and I have to say that it was good food and the workers were nice but the prices are still high. My mother wanted to try it out and that is the only reason that I went there for what we paid we could have went to Chili's and got the two for one drinks. It is sad because when I started with Bread and Company I was promised this and that. The promise of growth, the promise of change. Well, the only thing that I saw was the fall of something that was going no where. And now that I am a customer or I use to be a customer I see what the guest that once complained to me were talking about. It is a shame that no one in this company knows how to run a restaurant business. It is also good to have Bread and Company around so that others can see what not to do if you want to start your own business. From the other side of the counter I really knew what the customers were going through with the menu choices and the prices but the guest never knew what the workers were going through trying to get the upper management to help the guest. Trust me all we got was excuses too. There are better places to eat that will treat you like you are paying for a service. Some even treat you better. Hopefully one day Bread will know the real meaning of Company and treat the employees like they need to be treated and the customers as guest. Pros: It's a Building Cons: They Call it a Company
