Review content:
Do not do business with this company. They towed my\r car less than 10 miles and told me the timing belt broke\r and I needed a new engine for $3-5K. This happenned \r on a Friday, Enterprize picked me at their shop and I rented a car for the weekend. On Monday, two different mechanics told me the timing belt could not be broken\r because the car would start and run. I got a local towing\r company(Road Rescue-Jerry@608-259-1052) to bring \r my car to my local mechanic. Bills Towing then refused\r to release my car to Road Rescue because their policy\r was not to run my credit card without a signature. Even\r though they called Enterprize for me, they picked me up\r at their shop and I used the same card to rent a car from Enterprize. They would not release my car until\r I printed a form, signed it and faxed back to their office.\r This all cost me time and money. I thank God that I did not let them work on my car!
