This is by FAR the slowest internet in any CITY I have ever seen. Took me 37 (yes I timed it) minutes to load a 3:48 YouTube video and after it fully loaded it still hung. This is not my connection but a friend's mothers. I was in awe when I called Bell South to resolve the issue and was told that ""You are getting the guaranteed speed at 8m/bits (not M/bytes) per second. WTF??? This is slower than my cricket wireless set-up from 8 years ago. Not only were thier reps. Not technically degreed, as I am. But they didn't know sh*t about the difference between megabits and megabytes. In Short, Go Comcast if you plan on internet in Nashville TN. Their bundles are also 50 dollars cheaper at 1000 times the speeds and quality of service.
