In these uncertain financial times, value is so important. It is value for the dollar coupled with professionalism that keeps A Dream Come True among my favorite caterers in Nashville. The courteous staff that includes Becki, Bre, Allison, Andrew, Jamie, and so many others work effectively to take every order with efficiency, show up with a great attitude and delicious food, then leave, seemingly effortlessly, only after spotless cleanup. All the troops report to Wild Bill Reynolds, an astute businessman who has built a team of individuals that bring their talents and effort forth every time, whether it's a box lunch for three or a multi-stage event for over 2,500+. ADCT's incredible chefs understand multiple palates and use fresh ingredients and on-site preparation(when appropriate) to ensure the food is just right when served, and so right that our guests continually seem willing to invest calories and fat grams on an ADCT buffet when they're not diving into the magnificent carved-fruit displays. At a recent service, someone here told me the hash brown casserole was the best they had eaten, ever. I can vouch for the breakfast burrito with fresh cilantro! Then, of course, there's a display of bite-sized sweets that tempt and satisfy the sweet tooth, set in a visually-stunning display. We've used ADTC over and over for several years and will continue. We necessarily use a number of caterers, and have found this company among the best. ADTC is willing to work within our budget, deliver estimates quickly, and remain patient and flexible regarding payment. I'm also impressed that for each and every event larger than a box lunch delivery, ADCT, without fail, makes a site visit to ensure we're all on the same page. it's such a pleasure to hire a company so reliable, not only for the great product we know we'll receive but the warm and gracious service that Bill and his team consistently bring our way.
