I've been a client of Sheila's for 2+ years and I have tried everything from sprays to wigs to fight my thinning hair. I went to different companies claiming they could give you something that looked real and no one could tell, etc. None of them worked out. Then I found Sheila. She took the time to work with me and talk about what was best. The result was totally natural looking and life changing for me. Unless you are losing your hair and having people stare at your scalp you can't imagine what it means to have hair again. When I had a problem with one piece Sheila worked with me to resolve the issue. I understand that Sheila is in business to make money--there is nothing wrong with that but I have to say that she and Lisette truly care about what they are oding and how much they care that they are helping women like me. I like that the lock system allows me to wear my hair to bed, in the shower---that's my choice and it totally works for me and it's been the best investment in myself that I have ever done. I'll also say that courtesy is a two-way street, even in the service business folks and you get back what you put out. Her service may not be what you are looking for but I believe in it so much that I'd like to learn how to do it and be her ""Seattle connection' when I move up there next year. I want to change other people's lives like she's changed mine.
