Returned my call within 10 minutes.They came the same day(company has two full time arborists), evaluated my request, explained why I was wrong risking loss of my multi-thousand dollar project and delivered a typed contract in a word document that evening by email. An arborist returned to temporarly secure a huge looming split limb over my childrens' room within two hours of my initial call. All of the above during horrible wether. Upon arriving a few days later the company skillfully beautified all the trees agreed to and did the neighbors limbs over my house not charging extra.
I am not easy to please but Shane Kelly has an aire of command and his staff know their trees. His full time arborist,( thirty plus years of experience) said of thier work matter-of-factly ""Its the Classic American Standard, We do what we say We know and do whats right.""
Pros: Beautiful Work From First Look to Last
Cons: Neighbors complained crews made my yard beautiful
