Review content:
A fine example of what brewpubs should be: good food and great beer. Located as an anchor in Centro Ybor, the Ybor City Brewing Company has been brewing fine beers for years ranging from strong Barleywines to fine examples of Hefeweizen to more typical Amber ales. The food gets special attention, elevating it above the level of typical pub fare, without gourmet prices. This is some of the freshest beer you will get anywhere, as the vats are literally on the back side of the restaurant. There is also a patio that has a bar, and table service, so you can people watch the variety of persons that frequent Ybor, ranging for blue collar joes looking for a pint, to white collar fellas in business meetings, to motorcyclists, club goers, historical buffs and the occasional Visigoth.
