This place has a mix of pros and cons. Basically, the customer service is amazing. The girls who work there are always smiling, friendly, and extremely helpful. You can some of them have been there for a long time and have knowledge on the different backgrounds, which session fits the best for you, and what happens next. However, no matter what time you schedule your appointment, there will always be a long wait. ALWAYS. Some of the photographers are awesome and some of them you can tell just want to be lazy and get out of work as fast as possible. With that attitude, you'd think that everything would move faster, but no. You are basically paying a sitting fee to SIT. The pictures are wonderful, but when you're staring at the base boards of an old house for two hours, you won't be thinking of the quality, but rather the quantity. Customer service goes a long way, so I thank the service. But in the end, I don't want to shell out the big bucks when the experience itself is packed and disorganized.
