Review content:
The above lawyer has represented me in court on two occasions. The first ticket was 15 mph over in a 55 mph. He clearly advised me that the odd's of getting it dropped to an improper equipment were not 100% because of other infractions in my driving past. He personally mentored me by explaining that: - to the NC court system, my continuous traffic infractions represent a disregard for rules and are insulting. My second ticket was 92 mph in a 65 mph and I am currently facing two outcomes. The above lawyer has been very transparent about each outcome and I've called several times to keep the communication open. A week prior to my first court date for this ticket I misplaced my cell phone. The above lawyer and I had agreed that while not necessary I should show up as a sign of good faith to the first court date. He did not show up but I was able to get in touch with him and request a continuance. After recovering my cell phone I had numerous missed calls and voice-mails from he clearly explaining he was unable to be there and I should show up and request a continuance. So interactions are positive. Do call him and stay in the loop pro-actively as life happens.
