Businiess name:  Country Oaks Apartments

Review content:
Very old and noisy apartments. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing above you. And I mean everything. Look for a townhouse or a top floor if you decide on here. There are a lot newer and nicer apartments around Knoxville for the money. Prices have gone up dramatically in the less than 2 years since I've been here. \r \r Rooms are very spacious but utilities (fridge, oven, a/c,) are all real old and prone to breaking down. Maintenance crew is nice, though. Office staff is nice but they close the office on every conceivable holiday. Parking can be tough and they will tow you if you don't have their parking sticker on your car. Good if you don't mind living next to college kids and are not looking for anything fancy. Pros: Very spacious rooms, nice location next to Papermill Cons: Very loud, very old, starting to show its age. Lots of college kids.
