If I were to go by the scathing reviews I would have never found this hidden oasis. I think some people feel that when they go out to eat, the people that serve and wait on them are beneath them. We're all human and everyone has bad days, it possible that The Prime Grill was having one of those days because when I went my experience was great. I have to say, when I arrived, my part and I were treated like royalty. The staff was very attentive, and we were seated promptly by the lovely hostess named Taylor or Tyler, not quite sure, but anyways, our cocktails were very good, the appetizers were fantastic as well. My appetizer was a chicken dish that came with a wasabi sauce, I could've eaten that all night, that's how good it was. Dinner was excellent too, I was indecisive and went the waiter's recommendation, a tender, juicy porterhouse steak cooked medium rare and I have to say, after biting into that steak, The Prime Grill has got me. What's even more interesting is the fact that I had never dined at a Kosher restaurant before and the manager on duty took the time to explain the Kosher process to me. Overall, it was a great time, my party enjoyed themselves as well and the scenery added to the experience. Pros: Food, Atmosphere, Service, Cocktails and Dessert. Cons: Because it's Kosher, they're closed Friday evenings.
